If you provide help and support to family, partners or friends in need of help because they are ill,frail or have a disability. and the care you provide is unpaid you are 1 of over 6 million Carers which care across the UK. This includes adults looking after adults, parent carers looking after disabled children and young carers under 18 years of age looking after siblings, parents and other relatives.

Carers World Radio is produced with a global audience in mind. Our small team of presenters, producers and technical staff have been developing audio services for Carers for more than 10 yeas. Although our team is small we are committed to provide a platform for Carers to learn more about developments in policy, and services that help Carers across the world.

We don't only want you to listen to our programmes we want you to take part in them as well. Who knows the issues Carers face on a day to day basis but Carers. We want to hear from you stories about your lives if you feel you can share these with the rest of the world. It does not even matter where you are in the world, we use our state of the art communications systems to connect your story to the rest of the world by our programmes.
