Surrey Telecare - Telecare encompasses alarms, pendants and additional automatic alerting devices including bed sensors etc. All of these sensors work by recognising if someone you are caring for gets into difficulties and will send a call to the Care Centre. The operators are able to identify what equipment is sending the call and arrange appropriate help. This type of equipment is thought to be designed for older people, this is not the case a whole range of ages can use telecare in a variety of different situations.
